1. Selection and Planning: Each diamond begins its journey with careful selection and planning. Our experts analyze the rough diamond to determine the best way to cut it, maximizing its brilliance and value. Advanced imaging and mapping technology are used to plan the cuts with precision.

2. Cleaving or Sawing: The rough diamond is then cleaved or sawed to separate it into smaller, more manageable pieces. This step requires immense skill and accuracy to avoid damaging the diamond.

3. Bruiting: Also known as rounding, bruiting is the process of shaping the diamond into a round form. This step is critical for achieving the perfect shape and symmetry.

4. Faceting: The diamond is then meticulously faceted, creating multiple surfaces that reflect light. Our artisans carefully cut each facet to exact proportions, ensuring maximum brilliance and fire. A standard round brilliant diamond, for example, has 57 or 58 facets.

1. Blocking: In the blocking stage, the main facets of the diamond are polished. This step establishes the diamond's initial symmetry and brilliance.

2. Brillianteering: The brillianteering process involves polishing the remaining facets, refining the diamond’s symmetry, and enhancing its sparkle. Our craftsmen use fine diamond powder to achieve a mirror-like finish.

3. Inspection: After polishing, each diamond undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards. We assess the cut, clarity, color, and carat weight to guarantee that each stone is of exceptional quality.
